eco2000 can supply complete packages to suit individual applications and welcomes enquiries on all your cleaning needs.
By using this equipment in conjunction with eco2000 colloidal cleaners the product can be dispensed and used in a simple and cost effective manner, whilst at the same time using minimal operator effort.
Foam application is the best delivery method available for large exterior surfaces, whether it be airframe, vehicle or other. The cleaner when applied to the surface as a foam suffers from less water evaporation, therefore giving greater dwell time. It is also the fastest way to physically cover the surface being cleaned with product.
The Bion Water Foam Applicator Unit:
The Bion Water foam applicator unit is a high volume, low pressure system which has been designed to work specifically with the eco range of colloidal cleaning products.
The foam applicator requires a mains pressure water connection and a compressed air supply of minimum 60psi at 4 cubic feet per minute. The foamer is available as a fixed wall mount unit suitable for 20 and 200 litre drums, or as a fully portable self contained machine mounted on a trolley that carries 20 litre drums of concentrate on board.
The standard foamer comes with a foam lance to direct foam onto the surface. Optional extras include a soft bristle brush with extendible handle and specialised nozzles, including wide angle and pin point for increased throwing distance. The foam unit is delivered calibrated and ready to use.
