eco2000 are proud to supply a range of advanced Foam applicators and dispensing equipment specifically designed for use with Zi-400 and GPC range of cleaning products.
Available equipment includes:
- High volume, fixed or portable foam applicator with interchangeable foaming heads.
- Dispenser pump suitable for 20 litre drums:- delivers 25ml/stroke
- Dispenser pump suitable for 5 litre drums:- delivers 3ml/stroke
- High volume remote trigger spray kit. Adaptable to 1, 2.5, 5 and 20 litre drums.
Use in conjunction with eco2000 Colloidal Cleaners:
By using this equipment in conjunction with eco2000 colloidal cleaners the product can be dispensed and used in a simple and cost effective manner, whilst at the same time using minimal operator effort.
Benefits of Foam application:
Foam application is the best delivery method available for large exterior surfaces, whether it be airframe, vehicle or other.
The cleaner when applied to the surface as a foam suffers from less water evaporation, therefore giving greater dwell time. It is also the fastest way to physically cover the surface being cleaned with product.
The eco2000 foam applicator unit:
The eco2000 foam applicator unit is a high volume, low pressure system which has been designed to work specifically with the eco range of colloidal cleaning products and is delivered calibrated and ready to use straight out of the box.
The foam applicator requires a mains pressure water connection and a compressed air supply of minimum 60psi at 4 cubic feet per minute.
The foamer is available as a fixed wall mount unit suitable for 20 and 200 litre drums, or as a fully portable self contained machine mounted on a trolley that carries 20 litre drums of concentrate on board.
It comes standard with foam lance to direct foam onto the surface and has, as optional extras; a soft bristle brush with extendible handle, to apply and agitate foam in one action, as well as specialised nozzles for the lance including wide angle and pin point for increased throwing distance.
The eco2000 Dispenser Pumps:
eco2000 dispenser pumps are a handy, cost effective way to get product from storage containers to ready to use form quickly and easily.
Because metered pumps require some effort, staff generally do not use more than what is needed. Pumps also reduce wastage from accidental spillage which often occurs with taps.
A known, metered amount also makes it a breeze to fill spray bottles with the correct concentration for the task being undertaken.
The eco2000 Remote high volume trigger sprays:
To remove the drudgery associated with large “spray and wipe” jobs, eco2000 now has remote high volume trigger sprays.
These sprays have all the advantages of a traditional spray applicator, however, are designed to work with a 1, 2.5, 5 litre or other large container, to provide enough diluted product for any cleaning job without continually refilling the container.
They also allow for two handed use, trigger in one and bottle in the other, or enough hose is provided to have larger containers even sit on the floor or a trolley during use to alleviate strain and potential OH&S problems.
The trigger is high volume and fully adjustable from a solid stream to a fine mist.
